Join Danielle for a fun and invigorating prop free traditional Ashtanga yoga class.
Ashtanga yoga is the original flow practice involving vinyasa, standing, seated postures and inversions like shoulder stand and headstand.
Modifications will be offered making this class suitable for all levels of participants with yoga experience.
This class is not suitable for people brand new to yoga.
This will be a very active high paced practice please wear comfortable clothing that won’t inhibit movement.
