Hop Yoga: Morning Flow with Trista

Start your Sunday off right with centering your mind and body. This class is great for beginner or experienced yogis.

In this 60 minute class we will be focusing on breathing, moving from gentle sitting poses to a few standing and just stretching out the body and then bring it all together with a relaxing savasana. After class enjoy a happy hour beverage and some brunch. Namaste!
